Your calculation is performed in your browser.
Defaults to today if left blank.

Enter your date of birth to see how many days old you are.

How it works

The calculator counts the exact number of calendar days between your date of birth and the calculation date. This is a true calendar-day difference, not an estimate.

Formula & methodology

The result is the exact count of whole calendar days between the two dates. Leap days are included automatically because real calendar dates are compared.

Age in daysAge in days = Calculation date − Date of birth
Rough weeksApprox. weeks = ⌊ Age in days ÷ 7 ⌋
Rough monthsApprox. months = ⌊ Age in days ÷ 30.44 ⌋

What each term means

The number 30.44
The average length of a month in days (365.2425 ÷ 12). Used only for the rough month figure; the day count is exact.

Worked example

Someone born on September 13, 1996 turns exactly 10,958 days old on September 13, 2026.
